New worlds are on the horizon,
new places, new wonders to see!
I long for celestial treasures,
I ponder: Is this future for me?
Humans are such beautiful dreamers,
yet prone to such terrible deeds.
Justice and peace are elusive,
my heart for the downtrodden bleeds.
My faith keeps me sane and secure.
Still, I'm human and struggle with doubt.
Will I see the change in my lifetime?
Or will I die before 'comes about?
Once cosmic issues are settled,
and all is then right with the world,
I'll fly to the moon and beyond,
and search for His new hidden pearls.
You're absolutely right! Soul-poets!
Oh, this one is so beautiful. It reminds me of my own addiction to the starlit sky.

The Sun is a living, conscious being"The proposition is that Sun is a living, conscious being with an intelligence that dwarfs our own. I am not only suggesting that Sun is a large complex system with some form of self-governing intelligence to it, but also that it is a living being, aware of itself and its place in the universe; that it is fully conscious and communicates with other conscious beings at its own level, and other levels; that its consciousness is so far beyond what we enjoy that it could be accorded deity status of a high order, and be recognized as a conscious being by atheists and agnostics, whatever spin they put on it.
As staggering as this proposition might seem, it is hardly novel, and was once held as a near universal belief or understanding in most parts of the globe. It is possible that generations of Neolithic peoples, the ancient Sumerians, Chaldeans, and Assyrians, the Egyptians, Greeks, Romans, Maya, Inca, Aztec, and the ancient Celts and Native Americans were not completely deluded. Your writing is beautiful!
Also, in your line about "I'm human and struggle with doubt", I think that it's natural that everyone struggles with doubt at some point (if not, then maybe we're not thinking enough about our faith). And it's by struggling with that doubt and overcoming it that our faith becomes even stronger
wow man this is stellar!
~~ this is beautiful just beautiful, it moves this humble writer. ~~
Epic and pensive
Amazing job with this one. 'Humans are such beautiful dreamers' is my new favorite poem line.

Wow... it's good and the music is nice
Whoa... I-I'm speechless.
Good one, Tommy.
